Vibrational Artiste, Cacao Lover

As far back as I can remember, I’ve always been drawn to sound. From a very young age, I loved imitating animal sounds and voices—I whistle, I sing… I express my joy through sound (often without even realizing it!).

In 2017, life placed me in a kirtan (a circle of sacred chants in Sanskrit). A yoga class had been canceled that evening, and I ended up at this event happening in the neighboring room—I had no idea what it was. When the chanting began, I was convinced I had wandered into a cult of eccentrics… and my seat in the room didn’t allow for an easy escape!!

After a few long minutes of questioning, I decided to play along and imitate the sounds I was hearing. The effect was as unexpected as it was spectacular: my first kundalini awakening, which plunged me into an intense state of bliss for two days—deep joy, incredible energy levels, an all-encompassing sense of love, and a sudden loss of interest in meat, coffee, and alcohol (I’ve never wanted to eat animal flesh again since that night). As I left, I thought, “I want to do this every day, for the rest of my life!!”

Mantras and kirtan have been part of my daily life ever since, and I regularly facilitate sacred chant workshops using my voice, flutes, shruti box, and harmonium.

Then the didgeridoo came into my life—and once again, the connection was instant. I immediately knew it was THE ONE, the instrument that would change everything. The didgeridoo quickly became my favorite meditation tool and rose to the rank of my greatest ally for maintaining a high vibrational state. Through dedicated practice, I was called to share this ancient medicine in the form of sound baths, vibrational concerts, and vibrational healing sessions, first in workshops and then in festivals across Québec. The power of the didge and its deep bass frequencies, combined with clear intentions, open a space of reconnection of immeasurable value.

And what about the flutes? True magic wands that connect us to lands both distant and familiar. Bansuri, Celtic flutes, Native American, Andean, Western flutes… so many flavors that complement the “earth” energy of the didgeridoo with an airy energy that reaches toward the sky.

Alongside this journey, I was initiated into the medicine of sacred cacao—once again, love at first sight. This medicine is all about sharing, so it felt natural to offer it to those around me. Given the quality and accessibility of the cacao I work with, it didn’t take long before I became an official distributor for the farm it comes from. The cacao I share comes from the sacred lands of Peru, which hold a central place in my heart.

I feel infinite gratitude for being able to work within these sacred spaces and to make a living from them. Every vibrational journey (infused with sacred cacao!) is unique, as the vortex that opens is shaped by the combined energies of all participants present—and each time, it is divine!

I share my medicine through public and private events, sound baths, vibrational healing sessions, retreats, and festivals, using intuitive chanting, mantras, didgeridoo, gong, flutes from around the world, shruti, harmonium, and a whole array of other magical instruments.
