Sourced from the Andean jungles of Peru, this cacao is organic, fair trade, sustainably sourced, vegan, and of ceremonial grade. It’s made from 100% pure Criollo beans, the rarest and most prized variety of all (less than 1% of the world’s cacao—known as the “King of Cacaos”).

Stored in the dark at a stable, cool temperature, pure cacao paste keeps for a long time—about 2 years—so there’s no risk of it going bad even if you only drink it occasionally!
